Our mission

Founded in 2015, Safe Ops  is a nonprofit investigative organization that  exists to identify, expose, and disrupt sex trafficking networks through intelligence-led investigations, strategic partnerships, and community education designed to prevent exploitation before it begins.

From the Front Lines to the Boardroom.

Tim Brenner doesn’t just understand the criminal justice system; he helps run it. A retired law enforcement veteran with a career spanning SWAT, Narcotics, and Undercover Investigations, Tim transitioned his expertise into the private sector to fill the gaps in community safety.

Tim leads multiple organizations that provide high-level prisoner extradition, judicial monitoring, providing specialized training and elite K-9 security for government and corporate entities.

Safe Ops is the non-profit evolution of this infrastructure, leveraging world-class tactical assets, K-9 detection, and investigative intelligence to target the specific, complex networks of sex trafficking.

Born into a family of freedom fighters in East Africa, Esther’s commitment to justice was shaped early,  then arriving in the U.S. as a political refugee. Experiencing how power silences the vulnerable continues to inform her work confronting exploitation and protecting human dignity.

Esther operates at the intersection of strategy and human impact in the fight against sex trafficking. Her work focuses on building the systems behind the mission, from data informed decision-making to education and survivor centered advocacy.

With experience working across vulnerable communities and higher education, she brings a disciplined, thoughtful approach to dismantling exploitation and strengthening the structures that protect dignity and accountability.

Why we Keep A Low Profile

protection for survivors, our team, and our investigations.

Due to the sensitive nature of our work, we prioritize the safety of our team and those we serve. Anonymity isn't optional; it's essential.  Protecting survivors, our team, and ensuring the effectiveness of our investigations requires discretion.

Our team consists of experienced professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, victim advocacy, education, nonprofit leadership, data analysis, and survivor support.

While we may not publicly display individual names or photos, we are always available to connect with trusted partners, law enforcement, and community leaders who align with our mission.

at safe ops, we do more than fight human trafficking; we illuminate the darkness and expose the truth. freedom isn't just a hope, It's a battle we refuse to lose.

Founder and President, Tim Brenner
